The dinner was simply spectacular! I particularly loved the potato rosace; the filet, perfectly medium rare; the triple cream, luscious; the lemon pacojet was a cloud and the brulée, a perfect accompaniment!

Jean-Philippe provided the ultimate in French cuisine at our recent wedding reception, serving a five-course dinner that was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. He even baked the wedding cake! Our guests are still talking about it!
